Marin Dimitrov

With effect 1st June 2005 Marin Dimitrov joined the board of both Balkan Holdings plc and that of its wholly owned subsidiary Bulgarian Trade Partners Ltd as an Executive Director. Marin Dimitrov joins us from having been the Head of the Commercial section at the Bulgarian Embassy in London since December 2001. Prior to this he was with the British Commercial Service operating as Senior Commercial Officer in Sofia. He has a Post-Graduate MBA in International Management and is a welcome addition to the team. Mr Dimitrov will be establishing a representative office for Bulgarian Trade Partners Ltd in Sofia which will be fully operational by the end of June 2005.
