Derick Ivimy
(Aged 38) Non Executive Director - Property
In 1992, Derick was a founding director of what is now
the Principal group of companies. As Managing Director
of the residential property management and letting
company, Principal Property Services Limited, trading as
Principal Residential Letting Agents, Derick has been
responsible for the development of the business into one
of the leading independent letting agencies in Southern England. Over the last 10 years
Derick has spearheaded a Buy to Let programme that has enabled many of Principal’s
experienced and first time property investors to reap the combined rewards of rental
income and capital appreciation in the UK property market.
In addition Derick is a Director of Principal Group Limited, a property investment and
consultancy services business, and also a Director of Principal Choice Limited and
Principal Marketing and Insurance Services Limited, both of which offer a range of
specialist insurance and marketing products to consumers and businesses.
Derick’s wealth of experience and knowledge of the property market, both at home and
abroad, together with his business management skills, will greatly assist in the future
development of Balkan Holdings plc.
